Before you start

• Internal portal (signbox.trustlynx.com) - for people who send documents for signing. You sign in with a username/email and password.
• External portal (esign.trustlynx.com) - for people who sign. They authenticate with a national e‑ID such as Smart‑ID, Mobile‑ID, eParaksts, ID‑card, or a bank.
• A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
• To sign, you need a working e‑ID. This guide uses Smart‑ID, so you need the Smart‑ID app installed and active on your phone.
• The interface language can be switched with the language selector (e.g. EN) in the top‑right corner of either portal.
